I'm 16 and from Seattle, Washington. I love playing guitar, drums, and bass. I've been playing drums for about 6 years, guitar and bass for a bit over one year. I'd love to get some criticism on my playing!

This is great stuff, once again, Hyce! I agree with Dave, it sounds Gibbon-nesque and sounds good – is it you on drums and bass? Cheers

      Thanks Renato!
Yes, it is me on drums. I’ve been playing drums for more than double the time I’ve been playing guitar. Not sure which I like more, though.

You’re almost a one-man-band πŸ™‚ Hey, it would be awesome if you find time to crank out a couple ac/dc backing tracks for us πŸ™‚

Gee, it’s hard to prioritize, isn’t it? πŸ™‚ Just looking at the high voltage album, long way to the top, live wire, the jack, high voltage are all highly jammable. Whatever you’d get a kick out of doing I’m thinking folks here would have a good time jamming along. Cheers!

I can do pretty much anything off of the high voltage album. I’d have to learn stiff upper lip though, haha.

I think I’ll try and make a backing track today when I get home.

Great stuff. To me it sounds like it has a kind of Billy Gibbons wibe (which is awesome). The band (guitar, drums, bass) sound like they’ve been pushed back a little. It’s probably due to reverb and EQ?
Great track once again and yes – You need a singer. if you had one, You’d be kicking A$$ left and right =)

Probably. I used reverb to hide a bit of the mic’s distortion. It’s an okay condenser mic; close mic’ing is impossible with it, however. I’m a novice at EQ, honestly. I’m only 17, so I’m still new to all of this.

Thanks man. I didn’t think it really sounded like Gibbons; but now that you mention it, it kinda does. Makes me feel good :).

Yes it is! I played all the parts, which included 2 guitar tracks, a bass track, and the drum track.
